Privacy Policy

Crewline handles information that authorized staff and crew provide or generate while running events, including:

• account identity, such as name, work email address, and authorization status;
• crew profiles, schedules, assignments, call times, travel details, and check-in records;
• time entries, expenses, payment status, receipts, and supporting documents;
• contractor contact information, dates of birth, tax identifiers, and banking details provided through secure vendor setup or authorized imports;
• event communications, approvals, signatures, and operational activity;
• device and app information used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

We use this information to provide Crewline, coordinate events, authenticate authorized users, manage staffing and assignments, process work records and expenses, support approvals and payments, send operational notifications, maintain audit history, prevent misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Each customer organization manages its own Crewline workspace, authorized users, assigned crew, and operational records. Information may be available to authorized personnel and crew in that organization, Maelstrom personnel who operate and support Crewline, and service providers that help deliver the service. Access is limited according to workspace, role, assignment, and operational need. Crewline does not make one customer organization's workspace data available to another customer organization through the application.

For subscriptions arranged directly, Crewline records company and contact details, the agreed rate and currency, access dates, and an agreement or invoice reference. Invoicing and collection follow the agreed finance process. If Stripe-hosted billing is enabled, Crewline shares the company name, billing contact email, and workspace identifier with Stripe. Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages. Crewline stores billing identifiers, subscription status, renewal information, and billing activity records; it does not store card numbers. Stripe processes billing information under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information, use Crewline data for third-party advertising, or track users across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. A customer organization may direct authorized operational disclosures, such as providing approved documents or payment evidence to its crew or service providers.

Crewline uses encrypted network connections, role-based access, protected session storage, and activity records. Sensitive contractor fields are encrypted before database storage and restricted to authorized owners and administrators, with access logged. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to operate events, administer the working relationship, resolve disputes, and satisfy accounting, tax, legal, and audit requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to operational and legal retention requirements. You can also ask questions about how your information is handled. Requests concerning a customer-controlled workspace may be referred to that customer organization so identity and authority can be verified. Crewline is a business workforce and event-operations service for authorized customer personnel and crew. It is not directed to children and is not available for general consumer registration.
